Crec amb tota sinceritat, que cap de nosaltres oblidarem mai aquests dies, ni aquest Arròs, el que sí que podem afirmar amb rotunditat que és una de les millors paelles que hem menjar mai, acompanyats de tota la família, una Paella que ens ha fet reflexionar molt. sobre cap on anem i cap on hem d’anar i fins i tot cap on volem anar.

El diumenge passat a la Cuina de Casa, no va ser ni un dia més, ni un dia menys…. sinó que va ser un dia molt especial, doncs ens troben en una crisi planetària a causa d’un «Coronavirus» permeteu-me dir… molt «Cabró i traïdor». Així que el proppassat diumenge ens varem donar compte, al costat dels nostres fills i la meva dona… que aquesta gran crisi mundial ens revela un cop més la nostra debilitat, impotencia i interdependència amb tot i amb tothom.

Aquest «coronavirus» va aparèixer lluny, en un poblet desconegut de la Xina, ens varen dir: «Aquí no arribarà» però el virus de ma en ma, de bufada en bufada, ha agafat la carretera, el vaixell, l’avió, de terra en terra finalment va arribar aquí i allà.
La contaminació, la tristesa i la incompetencia d’alguns ens ha guanyat una partida que el pròxim dia 11 de maig acaba i ens dóna l’oportunitat de començar una segona part, podem afirmar una molt important segona part de la “pel·lícula de la nostra vida”. Us volem dir amb el cor, que us hem trobat molt a faltar, el nostre restaurant forma part de la nostra família com un ser viu més… i que no ho hem passat bé. i no és només una qüestió econòmica, sinó que és una qüestió de saber que al començar cada setmana no tornarem a veure als nostres amics més que clients i això durant molts dies, masses dies no ha pogut ser.

I avui per fi sabem que el proper 11 de maig comença la primera etapa de desconfinament i possiblement si no es torça res… començarem una fase de creixement moral i apreciar el que tenim ja que moltes vegades no li donem el valor que té
